Redevelopment of Well’s No 2 and No 9
The Sudbury Water District is accepting sealed bids for the Redevelopment of Well’s No 2 and No 9. All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B. Copies of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) are available in portable document format (PDF) beginning Monday October 31 2018 ands will be available until submission deadline. Sealed bid proposals must be submitted no later than 10 AM EST Thursday, November 15, 2018 to Vincent J. Roy, Executive Director, Sudbury Water District Administration Office, P.O. Box 111 and 345 Boston Post Road, Suite A, Sudbury, Massachusetts 01776. Please refer to the IFB-19-11.
LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The Sudbury Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the District and to waive minor informalities.
