Submit a completed/signed BPDDDS (do not leave any fields blank) together with:
- General Water Permit Application (completed/signed)
- Application Fee
- Piping Schematic (Fully Labeled/Detailed)
- Manufacturer’s Product Specification Sheets
Do not initiate installation work until written authorization has been issued in the form of an executed GWPA bearing the signature of the District Foreman, or other authorized District representative.
