Green Sand Filter Rehabilitation and Media Replacement at the Raymond Road Water Treatment Plant
The Sudbury Water District is accepting sealed proposals for services related to Green Sand Filter Rehabilitation and Media Replacement at the Raymond Road Water Treatment Plant. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 2 PM EST on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. There will be no public opening for these proposals. Please refer to RFP 27-23 for detailed instructions.

- Release Date: Monday, September 21, 2026.
- Deadline for Written Questions: 2:00 PM EST Thursday, October 1, 2026.
- Deadline for Submitting Proposal: 2:00 PM EST Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any and all proposals as determined to be in the best interests of the DISTRICT and to waive minor informalities.
The Sudbury Water District is an independent municipal entity established by an Act of the Massachusetts Legislature in 1934. It is separate and distinct from the Town of Sudbury, and is not affiliated with the Town of Sudbury’s Department of Public Works.
