FY2025:

• Completed the Raymond Road WTF/PFAS Filtration system in August 2024.
• Awarded contract for the East Street WTF/PFAS Filtration system to Barbato Construction. Project completion date is anticipated for August 2026.
• Evaluation and Preliminary Design for PFAS mitigation system for wells 4 & 6.
• Conducted a study/evaluation for an emergency and long-term water supply connection(s) with surrounding towns and the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA).
• Participated in the MWRA Metrowest Expansion Study.
• Well 5 – preliminary design for well replacement. Funded via Housing Choice Grant Program. 
• Installed 80-feet of new 12-inch ductile iron water main on Dutton Road, Peakham Road, and Boston Post Road for the Eversource High Voltage Line Project.
• Completed MassDEP requirement for lead Service Line inventory. Funded through MassDEP grant.
• Asset Management Program, 90% completed. Funded by MassDEP grant program. 
• Installed 23 new fire hydrants on dead-end streets and cul-de-sacs in Town.
• Conducted a leak detection survey of the entire water distribution system. The survey is necessary to locate and eliminate leaks from the system.
• Participation in leak-detection pilot program with 50 sound listening devises securely mounted fire hydrant at various locations within Town.
• Completed Lead and Copper Sampling
• Completed UCMR 5 sampling.
• Updated Water GIS Mapping.

FY2026:

• Complete the East Street WTF/PFAS Filtration system project. The project completion date is anticipated for August 2026.
• Complete the design and bid ready documents for PFAS mitigation system for wells 4 & 6.
• Complete Asset Management Project.
• Design and bid ready documents for replacing the water main on Landham Road, from Boston Post Road to the Framingham town-line. 
• Expansion of hydrant leak-detector units in Town.
