Sudbury Water District Annual Election

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and the governing acts and bylaws of the Sudbury Water District, that the Annual Election of the Sudbury Water District will be held on May 19, 2026, for the purpose of electing the following officers:
- Moderator – One (1) one-year term
- Clerk – One (1) one-year term
- Treasurer – One (1) one-year term
- Commissioner – One (1) three-year term
Nomination papers may be obtained beginning February 23, 2026, at the Sudbury Water District Administration Building, 199 Raymond Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts, during regular business hours.

Important Dates:
Deadline for filing intentions is March 27, 2026.
Deadline to submit completed nomination papers is March 31, 2026.
Deadline to Register to vote is May 8, 2026.
Eligibility for nomination or to vote:
At the time of nomination and at the time of the election, an individual must be a registered voter in the Town of Sudbury whose primary residence is actively connected to and served by the District’s public drinking water system.
