Please Be advised: A streetside water service pipe repair is underway at 35 Pinewood Avenue. As a result of this work, Pinewood Avenue will be closed to through traffic at its intersection with Great Lake Drive. Local access for residents of Pinewood Avenue will be maintained via Willis Lake Drive.
At this time, only 35 Pinewood Avenue is anticipated to be without water allowing for repair work. However, as with all underground utility work, unforeseen conditions may arise that could result in temporary service impacts. Residents will be notified promptly should any changes occur.
